I use the mythical language of fairy tales, yet years after its creation I became aware that it embodied the memory of a real life couple . She is all vitality and radiance, he appears more austere and thin, and feeds off and mirrors her energy. The lines flowing upwards from nose, eyebrow and cheek form a repetitive pattern that simultaneously gives energy, and integrates the two very different forms with each other.100% bronze and handmade, this brown patina sculpture was cast using the "Lost Wax Method" and mounted on a marble base and is signed Picasso.
