This is the gorgeous Tonner Skyline Blue, from  the Marley Wentworth Collection, which is a limited edition of 500. She is a
beautiful 16" fashion doll with blue painted eyes and applied lashes. Her skin tone is Bisque, and she has rooted raven black hair, styled in a bob. Her chic slender articulated body is made of high quality vinyl and hard plastic.
She comes dressed in a royal blue sheath dress and matching stylish coat, as well as nude pantyhose, blue gauntlets, and pink heels.  She carries a matching bag with a metallic shine. This doll is suitable for age 14+.
