    Artist Helga "Elke" Hutchens.
    I cant find much on this Artist but on Pinterest I have seen her work. It is a Modern Interpretive piece of  Pottery. She states she uses clay. It is a very Modern interpretation of a Flamingo..It has her Maker's Mark on the bottom and it is copyrighted in 1993...
    It is in excellent Condtion, not chips, cracks or grazing. No damage at all...
