    Mid Century Emaus Benedictine Monks Brutalist Sculpture Of Fish On Stand. This impressive modernist piece measures 23.5” tall and is 11.5”’wide.
    The fish itself is 11.5” wide and 12” tall.
    There are mosaic clusters on both sides. The base is signed with his mark and mounted to the base.
    Emaus is the he workshop of the Benedictine Monks of Cuernavaca in the state of Morelos in Mexico.
    Made in the 1960’s
    A fine piece!!!
    The wooden base has some tiny marks/stains as seen in photos.
