His friend, an aimless playboy, Richard Bone (Jeff Bridges) is witness to someone dumping the body of a young girl and thinks that it may be oil magnate JJ Cord (Stephen Elliott). Cutter, enlisting the help of the victim's sister (Ann Dusenberry), is determined to exact vegeance.
