    Blue Willow Pepper Prestopan. Made By Potteries In Prestopan Scotland. This rare piece is decorated with the traditional border pattern on the base and around the border on the hat. Has crazing of course due to the age of prestopan and has a small sliver of a chip that is not noticable on the bottom shown in the last two pictures. With no cracks
