--- Frame measures 13.75" tall and 18.25" wide.  Measures 2.75" deep.  The original backing paper is present but is fully detached. Notice the insulators in the far upper right corner have come undone from the wall mount (would be easy to glue back in place).  NOTE the chip on the electrical box on it's lower right side, I don't know if that is some kind of damage after the fact or part of the design (it's close to the area with the chipped bricks).  There is another chip on the top of the meter base frame above the electrical box, again I'm not sure if it is intentional.  Some stains seen on the top right side of the frame (a mild moisture stain is how it looks).
