The Sitting One is an abstract bronze sculpture. The artist
M. Nick
reduced the physiognomic attributes of this contemporary sculpture of an abstract woman figure to a minimum. Thus, the prominently featured extremities can optimally take effect. They are all fluidly connected to create a harmonious overall image. When it comes to the sculptures color design, the artist focused on stronger accents. The bronze female figurine has contraceptive colors in the form of golden and  green patina that skillfully highlight the overall effect of this contemporary bronze sculpture. The figurine is placed on a dark marble base and bears the signature of the artist.
